Research Registration
Advantages to Becoming a Registered Researcher

Most materials on the Flower Pentecostal Heritage Center website are accessible without registration.

However, certain restricted materials in our online Archives and Periodicals collections are only available to registered users. For instance, only registered users may access the index to and PDFs of the Pentecostal Evangel after 1969. In addition, registered users may order copies of non-digitized materials in our vault.

Registration Instructions

If you desire to become a registered researcher at the Flower Pentecostal Heritage Center, you must first complete an application. FPHC staff will review the application and then notify the applicant via e-mail whether the application has been approved. This process may take between three to twelve days. By using the Flower Pentecostal Heritage Center website, the researcher agrees to the terms and conditions regarding the use of photographs, audio/visual materials, books, and record group items that may be accessed or ordered through the site.

The registration process allows FPHC staff to familiarize themselves with the people they are serving. Many of the questions asked in the application form are related to contact information, which is essential when ordering items from our collection.

Please state your true research intentions at the time of registration. It is important for the FPHC staff to know if you are working on an academic paper, professional publication, a church-related project, or an item of personal interest. If your research is academic or church-related, you will be asked to give additional information concerning your school, organization or church. Having access to this additional information allows FPHC staff to provide the best possible service.

FPHC policy limits each researcher to a maximum of 200 pages of photocopies that may be ordered in a 30-day period.
