Description:	J. W. Welch was general chairman of the Assemblies of God 1915-1920; 1923-1925. At the time of this letter, he was serving as Secretary of the General Council. The letter is dated July 1, 1923. Chairman E. N. Bell died on June 15, 1923. J. W. Welch then resumed the position of chairman. This letter was probably prepared as a form letter before that change took place. Photocopy of a 1-page letter to AG ministers with 3 topics: 1) The need to renew credentials on time; 2) The start of construction on the building for Central Bible Institute; 3) a plea for increased support from ministers to the General Council, including the need to support field representatives. Dated July 1, 1923.
