Rudolph Brown was a pastor at Holiness Temple (Franklin, NJ), an Afro-American Pentecostal congregation. Holiness Temple (Franklin, NJ), founded in 1970 by his mother, Clare A. Brown, started congregations in Africa, Canada, and Jamaica and grew into a small denomination. Its headquarters moved in 1987 from Franklin, New Jersey to Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
