Accompanying this book is correspondence from S. S. Gergan to David Plymire, 21 Mar 1975, 4 Feb 1976. S. S. Gergan is the son of Yoseb Gergan, who translated the Bible into Tibetan. S. S. Gergan tells in his letters of seeing Victor Plymire appearing at his home in 1928 at the end of his trans-Tibet expedition. The story of the translation effort is told in the book, God Spoke Tibetan.
This book was originally published in 1971 by Pacific Press. The text is the same, but a few of the illustrations are different.
Foreword by H. Syvelle Phillips, Founder and President of Evangel Bible Translators.
