Description:	Description: Press photo of nine-year-old evangelist, Marjoe Gortner, preaching from a pulpit; March 1953. Photo is stamped on the back with a date of March 4, 1953. Caption on the back of the photo says: PINT-SIZED PREACHER. Marjoe Gortner may be only nine years old but the pint-sized evangelist's zeal in fighting the devil explodes from his tiny pulpit as he delivers his sermon. The youngster claims he has never deliverd the same sermon twice. The subject may be the same but never the sermon itself. Marjoe who has an excellenty vocabulary has been preaching since he had 'a vision from the Lord' when he was three.
