Description:	A photocopy master is also included in the box (141 p.). The copy is made from an early printing (no GPH number), but from a copy no longer in the FPHC collection. The 1946 edition appears to be identical to the 1941 revised edition. The copy in the Research Room has notes (in an unknown hand) in some sections comparing this edition with the 1926 edition. Holdings: The FPHC has 5 copies of this edition: 1) an early printing; 2) a second copy, which may be the same printing (no GPH number), housed in the Research Room; 3) a later printing contains a GPH item number (635); 4) another later printing, softcover, has a different GPH number (02-0635); 5) GPH number (2-635).
