Record #: WQ-1112/13
The Weatherford Quartet, although not Pentecostal, spent several years as the in-house musical group for Rex Humbard in Akron, Ohio (prior to and following the opening of the Cathedral of Tomorrow). When the Weatherfords left in 1963, the Cathedral Trio (soon Quartet) was formed.
Although not dated, this record is from the mid-1950s. This would be during the time the group was working with Rex Humbard (although they were also singing and recording separately from their work with the church).
