Description:	Restricted. The Portuguese Fellowship was formed November 19, 1994, and seems to have been approved by the Executive Presbytery in January of 1995. The Portuguese Language District was organized in 1998. By action of the General Presbytery, September 23, 2003, the Portuguese Language District was dissolved due to internal problems. This letter is to General Superintendent, George O. Wood in appreciation for his role is assisting in the national educational plan for Hispanics.
