Published by the Latin American District Council of the Assemblies of God. When that district was divided into 4 parts in 1972, publication was continued by the Gulf Latin American District for about a year (Jan 1972-Feb 1973).

Editors: Uncertain in early years (may have been H.C. Ball, who played a pivotal role in establishing the Latin American district); Frank Finkenbinder, 1936 (or earlier)-1953; Epifanio Jaramillo, 1953-1955; H. C. Ball, 1956-1973.

The title appears to have been published from San Antonio, TX, throughout its run. The district offices moved from San Antonio to Albuquerque, NM. The editors lived in various places, but the publishing remained in San Antonio.

The final issue was 57:6 (Feb 1973).
