North Central District was composed of the following states: Minnesota, part of eastern Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

From the beginning of this title, Manford Evans was listed as the editor, with publication at Sherburn, MN. Evans was listed as editor through Jan 1932, although an earlier note indicated he had left the state in Sep or Oct 1931. Printing was moved to Minneapolis, but was mailed from Sherburn until Jan 1933. The format was changed in Aug 1933. From that time, the paper was apparently printed at the new print shop at North Central Bible Institute.

This publication contains a number of articles and ads concerning North Central Bible Institute, including its beginnings in 1930.
