Beginning with 1999, the Missions Education Curriculum replaced the former Missions education packets. The curriculum consists of more training and ideas for the local leaders of BGMC efforts, while continuing to offer promotional ideas.

The curriculum manual was issued in both bound and looseleaf versions the first year (1999). Subsequent years did not include the bound option. Later volumes of the manual were also available digitally on CD or DVD.

Various supporting materials were also available, which might include Missions stories on CD, Speedy D. Light skits on CD, Winnie the World skits on CD, Video or music clips on DVD.

The first 5 volumes concentrated on specific geographic regions. Subsequent volumes focused on specific countries from various regions.
