Description:	Timmons Temple COGIC was renamed Sanctuary of Praise COGIC in 2013. The congregation moved to another location in 2014. The historic building was relocated a short distance into Silver Springs Park in 2015. It has been renovated and opened as an events center, known as Timmons Hall, in 2019, operated by the Springfield-Greene County Park Board. Article presents an overview of the efforts to renovate the historic structure, first built in 1932.
