Title:

Oral History: An interview with Edward F. Smith.

Publisher:

May 1979.

Format:

90-minute tape.

Description:

Edward F. Smith, an Azusa Street participant, is interviewed in his home at Downey, California, by his granddaughter, Julie Adamson, concerning the Azusa Street Revival. He was a minister with the Pentecostal Church Incorporated which merged with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Jesus Christ to become the United Pentecostal Church. Interviewed in May 1979.

Poor quality tape; the end of side 1 and beginning of side 2 cannot be understood. Apparently the interviewer used a battery-operated recorder, and the batteries had to be replaced.
