A. R. Farley (1894-1965), maternal grandfather of Stephen Strang, was an AG ordained minister He and his wife, Alice, pastored and traveled together in ministry beginning in 1919. Before their marriage, Alice had traveled with Lilly and Herbert Buffum in evangelistic meetings.
