The program includes a brief history of Highlands Child Placement Services. The certificate of appreciation was presented to Julie Wilson in recognition of outstanding support of the dedication of the Adoption Stamp at Kansas City, Missouri on May 11, 2000. The dedication was held in the chapel of the Highlands Child Placement Services & Maternity Home.
