Description:

Faith Temple Church (Wichita, KS), an independent Pentecostal church associated with the Latter Rain movement, was founded in 1954 by E. M. Wallace. Wallace had been sent to Wichita as an evangelist by A. D. Marney of Rays of Faith Tabernacle (Tulsa, OK). The Wichita congregation was initially named Evangelistic Tabernacle, but changed its name to Faith Temple Church in 1955.
