Founding editor: Eldon D. Purvis

Eldon Purvis was the founder of New Beginnings Church of Jesus Christ, a Pentecostal group with headquarters in Waynesville, NC. He was previously an editor with Bob Mumford and New Wine magazine. Purvis taught British Israelism and various Latter Rain doctrines, including the Manifest Sons of God. Purvis also emphasized the use of Jewish names and feasts. After his death, his widow, Nancy, continued the ministry and became editor.
