An anonymous author has sent mass mailings to churches using the following return address: Councils of Churches, Assemblies of God, 3401 25th Street South, Fargo, ND 58104. This is the address of First Assembly of God (Fargo, ND), however the letters were not sent by that church.
FPHC holds a letter with a return address of Fargo First AG and dated November 2018 and postmarked Denver, Colorado. The letter was written to warn Christians but also all Americans of a Chinese takeover of the U.S. Government with the backing of former president Barack Obama. Readers are urged to make copies and distribute them to veterans organizations, labor unions, and broadcast stations.
