William Kay, an Assemblies of God educator, taught at the Assemblies of God Bible College at Mattersey Hall for 10 years. He then moved to the University of Wales as a research fellow. He is the founding director of the Centre for Pentecostal and charismatic studies at the University of Bangor, Wales.
Leslie J. Francis is the D.J. James professor of Pastoral Theology at Trinity College, Carmarthen and University of Wales, Lampeter.
