Description: Exterior view of Revival House, a former moving picture theatre, where the work in Riga, Latvia, began in 1923, under the ministiry of William Fetler; circa 1929.
William Fetler, a graduate of Spurgeon's College, was deeply impacted by the Welsh Revival and also identified with the Pentecostal movement. He was both Baptist and Pentecostal and established churches in St. Petersburg, Russia, and Riga, Latvia. He wrote books under the pseudonym of Basil A. Malof.
