Minimum Churches for ‘Foreign Language Districts’; pages 103-104 of the 1991 General Council Minutes; a proposed revision of Bylaw Article II, Section 2.3.(2) Deletion of Italian District from Northeast Area Listing; a photocopy of pages 156-157 of the 1989 General Council Minutes; and other materials concerning the dissolution of the Italian District. The Italian Branch was organized in 1948 and covered the entire U.S. At the 1973 General Council all foreign language branches became known as districts. The Italian District disbanded on November 30, 1990, and the ministers and churches became part of the respective districts in which they were located.
