William Sowders and Thomas M. Jolly pioneered a network of Pentecostal churches, generally referred to as Gospel Assemblies. The Gospel Assemblies believes that there are two persons in the godhead: Father and Son.
'The messages contained in these volumes are actual word-for-word transcripts of [Bro. Sowders'] servuces from late 1944 (when they first began to be taken down in short-hand, typed and mailed to servicemen from his church) until the time of his death in 1952. No effort has been made to correct spelling, grammar, etc. They are published verbatim as originally produced.'
