Description:

Also on January 4, 1930, Mexico was given autonomy to form its own Latin church or council. The Spanish Eastern District was divided from the district in November 1956. Later what was left of the Latin District was divided into 4 separate districts in 1972. These were the Gulf Latin American District, Central Latin American District, Midwest Latin America District, and the Pacific Latin American District. Jose Giron continued as superintendent of the new Pacific Latin American District. Additional Spanish districts emerged later.

Midwest Latin American District recommended constitution for Sunday schools.
