Description:
|
A documentary concerning the life of Christian musician, Larry Norman, including interviews with several persons who were friends and associates.
Larry Norman is considered one of the most influential persons in the launching and development of the musical style which became known as contemporary Christian music. He was considered a visionary and a rebel, depending on one's point of view. Through his own writing, singing, and recording, and the production and promotion of other artists, he had a tremendous influence on the Jesus Movement and on music which would significantly impact Pentecostal, charismatic, and other churches.
This production is the work of David Di Sabatino, who had a Pentecostal background and was influenced by the Jesus Movement. He has produced video documentaries of two of the key figures, Lonnie Frisbee and Larry Norman.
The film version of Fallen angel was first released in 2009; the DVD version was released in 2011.
Includes 2 discs: 1 is the full documentary; the second contains bonus material. Also included is a guide (12 p. 22 cm.) which would have been handed out during presentations of the film version.
