Neal Frisby (1933-2005) was an independent Pentecostal pastor and evangelist who claimed to have the mantle of William Branham. The ministry went by the names Miracle Life Revival, Inc. and Capstone Ministries. After he died, his brother, Gerald Frisby, continued the publishing arm of the ministry.
