Description:	The Portuguese Fellowship was formed November 19, 1994, and seems to have been approved by the Executive Presbytery in January of 1995. The Portuguese District was organized in 1998. By action of the General Presbytery, September 23, 2003, the Portuguese District was dissolved due to internal problems. This document is part of a facsimile memorandum from Euclides Mark Dasilva, Ouriel De Jesus, and A/G in Boston Ministries, to Helen/Rev. Trask's office. This correspondence with this constitution is filed in the Portuguese Fellowship correspondence file (33/3/1, folder 2 of 2).
