Description:	Burton F. Headley (1880-1970) was a founding member in 1920 of the Eau Claire Pentecostal Assembly (Eau Claire, WI), an affiliate of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. He later lived in Sharon, Pennsylvania, and San Jose, California. By the 1940s, he began publishing booklets advocating various themes, including British Israelism and ultimate reconciliation (universalism).
