This church, affiliated with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, was originally called Bethlehem Tabernacle and was started by Rev. Charles E. Poole as a mission in Chicago's west side in 1932. It was renamed Bethlehem Healing Temple in 1954. The church moved to 12 S. Oakley Blvd. in 1961.
