Eli Stewart was the church pastor and the Chi Alpha chapter leader. This article concerns the renovation of a former fraternity building to a Chi Alpha house at Texas A & M. The development of Chi Alpha at Texas A & M is significant in regard to the scandal that rocked the ministry in 2023.
