Description:

This resource was developed by Charles Crank while he was Indiana District Superintendent. He introduced a new network for ministers in his district as a replacement for district sections and to provide a more relational structure for pastors and ministers. The first ministry group sessions were held in the Indiana District in July 2001.

The Ministry Group structure has been approved by the General Council and is recommended as a model. It may be altered to meet the unique needs of each district. The guidelines for implementation of the plan are now being made available on ministrydirect.com
