The Italian Branch was organized in 1948 and covered the entire U.S. At the 1973 General Council all foreign language branches became known as districts. This correspondence also includes: the resolution adopted at convention in Syracuse January 16, 1948; and minutes of convention of italian bretheren held in Grace Tabernacle Syracuse, NY on January 15-17, 1948 for the purpose of forming, if feasible and expedient, an Italian Branch of the Assemblies of God.
