Description:	These files were compiled by the Office of Public Relations, primarily during the period of accusations and discipline hearings for Jimmy Swaggart in 1988. These files consist primarily of articles sent to the Office of Public Relations by interested parties. Most are from the period of 1988-1991, with a few outside of that range. Juleen Turnage served as AG Director of Public Relations. She was responsible for media coverage and press releases. She and her office compiled these materials. This clip file is located with other OPR materials concerning the Swaggart case (see ID: 94008). The FPHC has many other articles concerning the Swaggart case which are cataloged individually. This file consists of those (primarily brief) articles compiled by OPR.
