Mary Jane (Mrs. Joseph R.) Flower was an Assemblies of God ordained minister. After her husband was elected as AG General Secretary in 1975, she continued her ministry and was a frequent speaker at churches and AG events. Although not an employee of AG (or the national offices), she did represent the body, both individually and with her husband. This name tag could have been used at any event. (No date indicated, although she was active in this semi-official capacity from 1975 until the late 1990s.)
