Covenant Community Church (Kingston, Jamaica), an outgrowth of the charismatic renewal, was organized in 1983. The congregation was later renamed Covenant City Church and planted several daughter churches in Jamaica. Covenant City Church and its daughter churches are known as Covenant Community Churches.

This book provides the history and doctrine of Covenant City Church (Kingston, Jamaica), as well as the history of the charismatic movement (also known as Deeper Life Ministries) in Jamaica from the 1960s through the 1980s.
