Jay C. Kellogg (1893-1961) was pastor of Kay Street Baptist Church (Tacoma, WA) in the 1920s. In the 1930s, he became an independent evangelical evangelist. Known as the 'cowboy evangelist,' he often preached about biblical prophecy and current events. He preached extensively at Angelus Temple (Los Angeles, CA) and in other Foursquare congregations in the 1930s.
