T. Walter Plummer was pastor of Full Gospel Pentecostal Church, 34 Beechwood Avenue, Bridgeport, Connecticut. Plummer and the congregation were affiliated with the United Pentecostal Council of the Assemblies of God until 1994, when they transferred to the Church of God in Christ.
