Plate is 26 cm. (10 in.) diameter; background is white; center has artwork in brown and green of the camg tabernacle; text in black: 'Mississippi District Assembly of God, Campground & Tabernacle, Hurley, Mississippi, 1904-1958;' around edge is gold design.

On back of plate: The Magnolia Springs Campgrounds was dedicated in 1904 by Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Jones as a holiness campground. The original tabernacle was of hand hewn boards and timbers. It served for many years until replaced by the steel frame building shown in this picture. The grounds are now the official campgrounds of the Mississippi District of the Assemblies of God...
