A separate record exists for Yearbooks (1967-1977), which contained constitution and by-laws, minutes, ministerial directories, church directories, and annual reports. This record is for directories that began to be published separately in 1978. Directories retained the title Yearbook until the 1980s or 1990s, when they adopted the title Directory.

The 2003 directory also contains the 2004/2005 district calendar.
