Victor Plymire served as a missionary to Tibet and China from 1908 until his death in 1956. He went out under the Christian and Missionary Alliance. When he experienced the baptism in the Holy Spirit in 1920, the Assemblies of God Foreign Missions Department appointed him to the same field in which he had been working.
