Description: Postcard of the exterior of the Episcopal Church at Minnewaukan, North Dakota; circa 1930s.
The Episcopal Church (Minnewaukan, ND) built a stone structure in 1903. In 1939, the church building was sold to John H. Liechty, a local farmer-preacher who was a leader in an independent Pentecostal congregation, Union Gospel Tabernacle (Minnewaukan, ND). Union Gospel Tabernacle, which was served primarily by AG ministers, met in the building until the congregation disbanded in the early 1950s.
