The author was AG ordained. This is a letter written to his unsaved sister, Lucille Beard Lentz, testifying of his new-found faith in Pentecost, and urging his sister to get right with the Lord.

A letter of explanation, written by Frank's daughter, Gladness Beard Jennings, tells 'the rest of the story'--how Lucille was eventually saved but after Frank had already gone to be with the Lord.
