This brochure, from the Office of Public Relations, first appeared in 1992 or 1993. It first appears in a GPH catalog in 1993. The earliest printing on hand is 1993. There is a later reference to a copyright date of 1992, but it is unclear if any copies were printed in 1992.

Brochures in this first version have the AG logo and 'The Assemblies of God' in a purple box at the top of the front cover. The title is in one line below this, with the subtitle in two lines at the bottom. The front graphic has superimpsed photos of a pair of raised, open hands and a dove in flight. All have item number 739188, with no barcode on back.

This version of the brochure was in use until 2004.
