Description:	This appears to be a resolution proposing amending the statement regarding worldliness on page 42 of the 1933 General Council minutes. It proposed adding specifics concerning women's hair, use of cosmetics, and 'gaity and form' of dress, and states strong opposition concerning public or mixed bathing. It apparently did not pass, for the changes never appeared in the Minutes.
