In 1964 this district was divided, making two districts, the Iowa District and the Northern Missouri District. T. E. Gannon continued as superintendent of the new Iowa District. The volume numbering was continued by the Iowa District Council under the name: Iowa District News, v. 36 #4 (July 1965). Preceded by: Gospel herald; The full gospel herald.
