Albert Lunde, prominent in Holiness, Plymouth Brethren, and Keswick circles, was chairman of the Norsk Evangelisk Orientmisjon from 1917 until 1938. Norsk Evangelisk Orientmisjon is a Norwegian evangelical missions agency modeled after Hudson Taylor's China Inland Mission. Lunde's work across denominational lines and his Holiness sympathies helped lay the groundwork for Norwegian Pentecostalism.
