On the front side of each medallion is an engraved likeness of the individual. On the reverse side of the Bishop C.H. Mason medallion is the engraved seal of the Church of God in Christ, Inc. On the reverse of the Bishop J.O. Patterson, Sr. medallion is the seal of the presiding bishop. And on the reverse of the Mattie McGlothen medallion is the emblem of the Department of Women.
