Peter Hakim Hosein (1928-2002), born to a Muslim family in Trinidad, became an important Pentecostal evangelist in the Caribbean. He planted about 40 churches (mostly in Trinidad) and founded the International Pentecostal Association, a fellowship of churches in Trinidad. The IPA was an affiliate of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel from 1988 to 2006.
