Caption on the back of the photo says: Beneath the 102 foot steeple is the three story International Broadcasting and Counseling Center, housing the ministries of the PTL Television Network. Built as a giant replica of the historic Bruton Parish Church in Colonial Williamsburg it was dedicated July 4, 1976.
