Description:	Description: Group picture of people at a sporting event in Scottsdale, Arizona; circa 1980s. Some Chi Alpha staff members are identified. On the very front row (l-r): unidentified, Dennis Gaylor, Bob Elfers (wife Judy with women in row above), E.Scott Martin, John Williamson, and Paul and Julie Austin. This was not a Chi Alpha event. It was an athletic event in Scottsdale, Arizona. There were five Chi Alpha leaders there and (2 wives). Chi Alpha staff attended attended to see about the possibility of starting a ministry to athletes, and a handful of Chi Alpha campus ministers were chaplains for the sports teams at colleges and universities who participated in this event.
