A male Evangel College student interviews Noel Perkin. He was originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He served as a missionary in Argentina before he was married, from 1918-1921. He then pastored a couple of congregations in Canada and the U.S. Then he served as executive director of the A/G Foreign Missions Department, 1927-1959.
